Many of us are working from home.

Hunched over our laptops and our muscles are paying for it.

In this video I go over my favorite solution for tight, achy muscles that are the result of working at a desk,

or home schooling your 6 year old (that’ll pull your shoulders up to your ears:)

or working on that 1000 piece puzzle that your Aunt gave to you for Christmas in 2007.

It’s sometimes called the poor person’s massage but it’s always readily available and very effective!
