My Favourite Exercise for Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis is the most common cause of heal pain.

It is commonly the result of a biomechanical imbalance that causes an increased amount of tension on the plantar fascia, a band of connective tissue that supports the arch of the foot.

In this video I describe my favourite self care strategy to address this problem.

BUT, you don’t have to be suffering from plantar fasciitis to benefit from this technique.

Add this to your daily stretching routine to keep your feet healthy and supple. It is feels shockingly good (after:)

P.S. As with all soft tissue techniques, don’t go too hard or you can do more harm than good.
