I’ve always been an advocate for stretching.

A regular stretching routine can help improve your posture, decrease tension in your muscles and help alleviate back pain.

Doing a series of stretches is a part of my evening routine.

It’s an easy habit to keep because it feels good and it helps with the quality of my sleep.

Recent research indicates that the benefits of stretching go beyond it’s effects on your muscles and tendons.

There are overall health benefits as well.
